well it kind of is, I usually do the lineart traditionally and then color it digitally
so I would say is a mix of both :D

close, its acrylic paint! and the paper itself is handmade from recycled paper scraps!

The soft rims of light around the windows and that big lantern thing below the moon really add a lot of liveliness. What a curious setting this is!
