From what I've gathered personally, it's a small animation that was made by Kaaatie over on YT revolving around the Baldi's Basics song by The Living Tombstone titled "Basics in Behavior". The original animation was uploaded around 3 months ago this year, and it already has 28M views, and it seems to have a pretty decently sized community too. Although, fair warning if you do want to view the animation, it does contain blood and gore in some of its scenes.
